Living with a physical health condition can have a huge impact on our lives, both practically and emotionally. Psychologists often work with physical health difficulties, for example, heart/cardiac health conditions, breathing difficulties, chronic pain, COPD, surgery, congenital conditions etc. This can help people to cope better and improve their quality of life.
Personal Development
Personal development – changing patterns, becoming the best version of yourself, understanding the impact of past events, changing relationship dynamics, finding out how to be less critical and more compassionate towards ourselves.
